If I can rate the star , it must negative!!!! When you rent the car, no explanation on the rules, no checking car, got I driver who don't know English or Chinese , but just ask you to sign the document next to the car not office, and don't give the copy to you....As the day we rent car is so big raining and we trust them and sign so soon....finally, we get the penalty unreasonable ( Because this is the first time we go PKT) .....We got the MOST BAD services in PKT here....because this company , we might not come to PKT anymore... THE WORSTEST company in PKT!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly awful experience with Sixt in phuket. Booked and paid in advance for 9 days. Ordered child car seat which we had to pay separately and in cash.. Without receipt (tax evasion?). Child seat was not installed but just put on the backseat. No staff told us anything. We drove off and 4 days later had to briskly brake and our 2 years old landed on the floor with his head first. We went to sixt since the child seat was faulty (2 staff unable to install) but the only thing we were told was that it's the customers responsibility. There was zero empathy or an apology but only a snotty reference to the small print. I then handed my business card to the snotty manager and she threw it on the floor in front of me to make a point. This is when I got loud and walking close to her. She then on the spot \cancelled\ our contract throwing my family (2 kids.. 5 y and 2 y) out. We had to rent another car at the airport. Its mind blowing that a manager of a car rental company displays that behaviour. We will formally complain and also went to the hospital to check our 2y old boy for other injuries. Never ever again Sixt. Be careful.

Very bad and rude staff! Address bad to clients, speak to them and don't want to reply. Don't know how to make the contact. Never saw a so bad attitude with clients. Never again with this company! 1 hour of stress!

Will give a zero if I can. Complete waste of time as the so called in terminal is a lie. The staff attitude is worst in entire Thailand. Don't fall into the trap of being the cheapest. They're cheap for a reason.

The worst service ever. No staff at the airport counter (only Sixt didn't have staff but others did), so I called them. What they told us rudely is that I had to return the car at their office near the airport because there is currently not enough parking space for Sixt at the airport, which they never told me before when I made the reservation. Avoid this company if you want to rent a car at Phuket airport. There are 6 or more rental car companies who have always staff at the counter.

Super Autovermietung. Jedoch etwas umständlich wenn man am Internstionalen Terminal ankommt, da man mit Gepäck bis zum nationalen Terminal laufen muss.

รถมีรอยเยอะ ตอนรับรถพนักงานไม่พาตรวจรอยรอบรถ แต่ติ๊กลงในเอกสารอย่างเร็ว (คนนี้บริการไม่ดี ไม่มารับลูกค้าที่หน้าประตู ปล่อยให้เดินหลง) รถเก่า เบรคดัง ยางดังเวลาเลี้ยวและเบรค พอนำรถมาคืน ตรวจซะละเอียด (พนักงานคนนี้ดี) เจอตะปูและรอยยางฉีก โดนชาร์จไป 350 บาท แพงไปนะ แนะนำให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นเช็ครถโดยละเอียดแม้กระทั่งยาง
