Awful seller, very rude. Horrific communication! I bought a betta from them, asked if I could use a different trans shipper. They said they'd look into it for me so I waited. Days passed. I asked if they looked into it and they suddenly become very hostile telling me I had no paid, which I hadn't as I was waiting for a response on the trans shipping question I had asked. They continued to be very rude and hostile repeating that I have to pay completely disregarding my question. I told them if they say if I can use another trans shipper I can pay them straight away but that was again ignored. They replied with telling me to pay. This could have been such a nice and easy transaction. I really don't understand what their problem was, I just wanted my answer. I tried so hard to stay calm as I know the language barrier is always a problem, they were just so aggressive. Avoid! Response to owner: as the screen shots show you agreed to look into the trans shipping for me. I said I’d pay multiple times if you just answered yes or no. This was all down to you not me. I have had no problems buying from sven betta on aquabid. You’re a horrible person and a bad seller. Literally all you had to do was say, no sorry I can’t let you change trans shippers. That would have been all, I’d have paid and used the other trans shipper. Simple. seriously anyone who buys from you must be crazy. So many more better sellers out there, no drama and hassle free. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
