We just purchased the Mario arcade machine from Simon at phuket pool tables, and let me tell you, it was finally a breathe of fresh air to work a company in thailand and face zero headaches along the way. Simon knew exactly what we were looking for and has been gone the extra mile to upgrade our emulator box. The entire process from inquiry to installation took less than a week and I am sure it would have been faster if I made made decision a bit quicker. Their team of installation brought my machine up 30 stairs to the top condo and installed the machine without being noticed. More importantly, working with a supplier directly in phuket has made my experience a blessing. If any issues arise Simon has promised to fix them immediately with no questions asked. I highly recommend working with Simon and phuket pool tables for all your gaming needs Respectfully, Brendan.

Amazing service from start to finish! The staff were so friendly, full of knowledge, and so patient despite my changing my mind back and forth so many times. They helped me problem solve the size of the room and made me feel comfortable that all the items will fit perfectly. Would not recommend going anywhere else in phuket if you are looking for a pool table, this is the best!

Great company to deal with, can’t thank Simon enough for squeezing me into their very busy diary, I bought a cheap second hand table and these guys have truely made it look and play like any high end table, great service, and the guys did a great job. Also between here and Bangkok, as a pool player, these guys have always been really helpful in pointing me in the direction of a decent table wherever I am in thailand!! Great company, and always get a few free racks when you visit the shop, and Simon even gave me a free t shirt to go with my re-clothed table.. definitely 5 stars!!

As a result, I am very happy with Phuket Pool Tables. If the store does not have an item in stock, Yaa will contact the other stores and arrange the sale and delivery. She will arrange express delivery if necessary. Delivery is free of charge. Have a problem with a purchase? Yaa will send a replacement without question. Highly recommended.
