Love the clean and fresh yoga hall! Probably the cleanest in space & equipment i’ve seen in the island so far.
Life changing experience to get my second 200 hour yoga TTC there. They have a very well rounded approach to instruction, and you come away from the program really knowing yoga very well. The food was amazing. I was very impressed by the teachers.

I spent the past month at one yoga joining their 200hr YTT and it was a beautiful experience! The teachers are very knowledgeable, the surroundings are stunning and the organisation of he entire program was top notch - and of course the great food should not be forgotten as well! I am grateful for the weeks spent and I can highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a great Yoga Center! ️
I did my 200h YYT at One Yoga and could not have chosen a better place for it. It took me quit long to write a review but now - half a year after the YTT - i see it even more clearly: The location and the rooms itself are wonderful. Its quiet, clean and a place where you can easily surrender to. The food was always nourishing, fresh and delicious. On top of that the Kitchen Crew was the sweetest! They make sure everything fits your needs. As i started teaching now i am beyond grateful for the great teachers at One Yoga. They created such a safe space and are very knowledgable. I highly recommend One Yoga! Thank you for everything One Yoga Family!

Absolutely love the new place One Yoga has created. It’s quiet, inviting, welcoming and nurturing. I did my YTT with One Yoga and had one of the best experiences of my life. Made some life long friends and teachers to look up to. Their teachers, Akari, Lior, George and Danny are on top of their game. Really, they have invested a great deal in their curriculum, teachers and space. You can tell they are really trying to make a difference in people’s lives and yoga journeys. Unlike other studios and schools, they have many free events like silent meditations, yoga classes by graduates etc., which allow you to continue practicing and learning.
