Don't expect anything. It's a 2-2.5 star property. Make sure that don't get non aircon bungalow. Staff is pretty OK. Don't expect special caretaking or services. For the same price, ensure that look at other properties before confirming. Breakfast not bad. Great view (that's the only selling point).

Worst ever. Only location is acceptable. Poor service. Booking rooms via booking.com, they chatted me with impolite wording that will cancel booking. Kayak service 200 baht/ hour Paddle board service 200baht/hour No transportation service. Walkable root to walking street 10-15mins. 50baht/ person (one way)to transport within Lipe Island.
Great location, right on the beach front. The bungalow are very clean, beautifully decorated, good included breakfast. The hotel propose day trip arrangement, have a bar and restaurant. Food is not the best but the beach view and seating facilities are very cool. Location is on the best part of Koh Lipe island, not a boat parking location and the biggest cleanest beach around ! Fairly priced !! A great recommendation for staying in Lipe
Very nice hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. Beautiful beach. Only one bad thing, the staff should clean all the plastics left by boats everyday, and it would be like heaven on earth...
Lovely location at a wonderful beach, with several restaurants and diving schools close by. However, we were charged 92 USD per night in a bungalow (during “Covid season”). You would expect much more for that. Others payed for the same bungalow (but without aircon) 35 USD per night. I think 50 USD would have been a fair price. Whereas most of the staff were very friendly, they refused to deliver the food from their restaurant over a distance of 50m to the bungalow - no room service, sorry. We also had to fight hard to get some standard fried Thai vegetables for breakfast.

Lipe Beach is a home away from home. Will be back as soon as possible. Lovely bungalows, the best beach on the island right in front of the resort. Great food, great bar, lovely host. Love it always and forever. :)
Nice view. Beautiful room. Delicious food. Staff are very friendly perfect place to rest. Manager is very kind. Definitely visit again.
