Good service by Thai Immigration and Customs. The verification and endorsement (entry stamp) of passports at Immigration counters only takes less than 5 minutes and this is a fairly fast service. All entry with vehicles must be declared at customs counters and all document preparation is made by the officer on duty. The deal runs less than 10 minutes and the staff is very helpful. This is my new experience entering Thailand through Sungai Golok border and I am satisfied with the service received.

Service is always great by the Thai officers.

I walked from Rantau Panjang instead of driving. There were no signs for individuals who wish to pass through Thai immigration by foot, so after filling up the arrival/departure form, I looked everywhere for an immigration counter in order to get my passport stamped. And while departing Thailand back to Malaysia, I faced the same problem of looking for an appropriate immigration counter to get the exit stamp. The Thai authorities should learn how straightforward the Rantau Panjang checkpoint in Malaysia is. Their lack of enforcement provides a chance for me to walk into another country without a passport, just like the locals living along the Golok river!

The immigration guy was very nice, but honestly they really need signs as it's not readily apparent where to go to get stamped out. Pro tip: it's not inside. I did it on a bike, and everything was smooth.

Service needs improvement, a little bit slow & unsystematic compared to Malaysian Immigration.
