Honestly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the Sony service staff. They went out of their way to help me with a specific and unique malfunction of my product. At the end they solved my problem, I could not be more impressed and happy by the staff, thank you again guys!

ไร้คุณภาพ ส่งหูฟังมาซ่อมกับศูนย์นี้เนื่อจากเสียงไม่ดัง ต่อมาโทรกลับมาถามอาการจากลูกค้า ด้วยคำถามประเภทเช่นฟังกับหนังเรื่องอะไร เพลงอะไร เป็นการสื่อถึงระดับความรู้อย่างมาก ไม่น่าเชื่อใจอย่างยิ่งว่าด้วยช่างความรู้แบบนี้ มันจะซ่อมอะไรได้ หลังจากนั้นไม่นานก็เรียกลูกค้าให้ไปรับ ด้วยเหตุผลว่าซ่อมที่ software แก้แล้วมารับได้ทั้งๆที่ไม่ได้ซ่อมไม่ได้ test อะไรสักอย่าง แค่ลูกค้ามารับทดสอบต่อหน้าก็ไม่ work แล้ว แถมยังตามมาด้วยการลองต่อนุ่นนี่เพื่อเอาตัวรอดหน้างานอีก ไม่รู้ว่าจะต้องมาเสียเวลากับเจ้านี้อีกกี้ครั้ง กรุณา\u200bปรับปรุงทั้งทีมช่าง และฝ่ายบริการ อย่าทำงานยื้อเวลาขอไปที แล้วให้ลูกค้ามาเสียเวลากับเรื่องงี่เง่าแบบนี้
Vorsicht Ausländer. Reparatur war hier nicht möglich. In Deutschland schon. Habe hier mein Objektiv zur Reparatur abgegeben. Ich erhielt die Antwort das es einen Kurzschluss gab und man hat mir ein teures "Spezialangebot" gemacht. Ich habe das Angebot nicht angenommen und das Objektiv bei Sony Deutschland reparieren lassen. Hier wurde ein anderer Defekt festgestellt und kein Kurzschluss. Das Objektiv wurde in Deutschland repariert ohne Austausch. Vermutlich wollte man mich bei Sony Thailand täuschen.
