Quick service (even for an old macbook with broken speaker). Somehow they managed to find the spare part and have everything done within 2 hours. English spoken, very organised. Tiny shop located on floor 2, behind the London bus (its not on 6th floor anymore). Very convenient location, as Terminal21 has enough to keep you busy for the duration of your repair, and it's open late.

If you need your Mac repaired look no further. On the second floor of Terminal 21 directly behind a replica of an old English red bus is a little shop called Smile IT. The manager is very nice young man who meticulously tested and fixed my laptop. Honestly I was shocked by how good the service was. I’m usually so disappointed and difficult to please but this shop exceeded my expectations. To the owners of this business Please put on another staff member to assist. He is really shed off his feet with paperwork. It’s not fair to have him so busy.

Go at your own peril. Brought in laptop for a simple keyboard replacement. Next day, keyboard didn't work. But had they just replaced it. I wanted my money back, but they tried to fix it again. Now they replaced it and a number of the keys don't work. This is the 2nd replacement. I also have big fan problems caused by them letting in dust into the computer. These people have no idea of what they're doing.
