The services and the staff are very friendly but due to the process of social security service patients the que gets extended. The services are quiet expensive to the standard and hope you have a good medical insurance. As usual the hospital has the team and all facilities. As a patient requires patience. At times the reception lobby is bit crowded. The front desk people are very kind and helpful and however some staff may be able to communicate fluently in English because it’s not their first language. The private rooms are well maintained and the nurses carry the big load. The hospital is well connected to the city center downtown area with malls, hotels, restaurants and convenience stores. The special outdoor parking with shuttle transfer service is excellent and reliable. Don’t forget to stamp your parking ticket before leaving or exiting the hospital. Overall a good hospital in the city center with easy access to transportation, food and shopping. All major Thai banks ATM machines are available in the premises.

That hospital cares only about your wallet and not your health. It is a shopping mall. Very bad experiences in years I am staying at Siracha.

This hospital is greedy, very commercialized and milked the patients to the max. My wife and I used to go for yearly dental hygiene a number of year even with crown work, then noticed the service quality went down liked a rock, the doctors are more concern with their wallets, they did it in a haste and tried to speed you through liked a mill. Last incident was my aunt 87 years old went there for routine annual physical exam (many times) At her age she didn’t need the X-ray but was insisted by nurse at the counter that it would be the same priceOn the package. On that same morning after the blood tests she request to have porridge with fish (Sawai?). She had diarrhea (severed) when she got home two hours later. In summary this straw broke the camel back for good. Shame, shame, shame.

Told once price for treatment then it magically doubles the next day without explanation. Just a money factory preying on the public.
