Reasonable outlet but far behind Bunthavorn and HomePro...which is surprising because its part of the HomePro empire. Less choice than the others despite the huge-sounding name. Staff are ignorant box shifters who will flow you round like lap dogs (does anyone actually like being hounded round the store?) but answer every question about products with \I dont know\!. try \let me find out for you\...it usually makes the customer stay in the shop longer. Also... the website is best described as 'under development' - cannot actually see any products or prices..just frustrating promotional sound bites guaranteed to annoy and frustrate. Will probably improve once someone wakes up and puts a bit of effort in to make it a go-to place for DIY. Only average on this visit...could do a LOT better
