One of the best pet hospitals in Chiang Mai! 24-hour full-service hospital, the staff is friendly and you can tell they love animals. We had to bring in our fur baby for a couple of emergencies and the licensed vets are kind, knowledgeable and speak great English. When we had follow-up questions regarding our little girl, the vets were super responsive via the LINE communication app. Thonglor's facilities are clean, modern and equipped to cover a wide range of needs. We saw posted signs featuring rehab, x-ray, eye disease care, dermatology, and allergy treatment services. Looks like they even have a state-of-the-art CT scanner. A variety of pet products may be purchased on the ground level. Pet grooming is also available which we use monthly. We get a text reminder the day before our appointments. Thonglor is kind of pricey compared to other vets in the area but we love the service and feel it is well worth the price knowing our girl is in good hands (and still a LOT less expensive than back in the States).

Not the cheapest, but without doubt the best vet in Chiang Mai, and for me personally I want the best care for my pets when they are sick. Vets speak good English, take time to go through different care plan options with you (never pushy). Front desk staff very helpful and welcoming. If you have an issue out of hours, this is the place you want to come! I have seen (but not experienced) the pet grooming service here. Looks decent enough, and always busy. Pet boarding here is amazing - I choose these guys every time, when I need to go away for business trips. They take care of pets, don’t leave them in cages all day, and give the human contact needed, when an animal is boarded or sick. Highly recommended- I can’t praise them enough for all the help they repeatedly give me and my cats!

I use this hospital when my vet is not open, which means night time. It is very well equipped and has well trained doctors and charming staff who have helped me frequently when my cat has a fight! From eye injuries to flesh wounds the treatment and aftercare has been very good. To provide such service 24/7 is expensive so their prices reflect this. But they have provided essential treatment to my cat, for which I will happily pay.
