I passed detox Chiang Mai experience December 2020. It was a wonderful journey to myself. Renovation of mind and body. Totally relax and renew of all my organism. I am 34 years. Had no healthy life. Food. Alcoholic. Ecology influence on health. So in 1 week period I totally detox my body. Lose 4 kg. Start to feel my self more light and more power . Start to think what do I eat and drink. Amazing quite place among of nature. Wonderful host and taking care of Kim and team. Highly recommended for everybody who want to live long and healthy.

A great place to not only lose weight, but also to gain an understanding of how you can eat tasty and healthy in the future, while keeping your weight under control. I took the “Ultimate Detox” program and lost 7 kg in 10 days without feeling any hunger! You continue to eat there, get fresh juices, broth, etc. Every day starts with sports, cycling, hiking or kayaking in beautiful places. We even were able to fly in a Hot Air Balloon! After lunch there were yoga classes and massage for 2 hours. The program also includes getting rid of parasites. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

this place is extraordinary. being looked after, pampered while knowing that I was doing my body, mind and soul a great service was truly special. this place is a gem in the world of detox and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm place, run by hospitable owners and team members, with a serious approach to health in an accommodation where every detail was looked after.
The benefits from my visit to Chiang Mai Detox have been long lasting. I learnt so much, feel so much better and consider it one of my better decisions to try something new. Kim and her staff were more than helpful , from the pick-up at the airport to Yoga and Steams. I highly recommend the program at Chiang Mai Detox
