Perfect located right on the beach in a less crowded part of Lamai Beach...the north end. The beach here is absolutely beautiful. Uncle Rang Restaurant could not have a more perfect spot and if the sea is not enough, they have a pool as well that you can use for free. Highly recommended to have lunch here if you do want to use their pool and facilities, unless you're an idiot! The restaurant has a simple designed place, nothing fancy, but clean and the chairs was super comfortable! The service was good, welcomed with a smile and left with the same. Food was good. I had the red curry with roasted duck and it wad delicious. The chicken cashew was also good. The club sandwich was a bit pale and lacked a bit flavour. I will guess that the thai food is what should be your first choice here. The prices are fare considering that you get a stunning view, free access to the pool and beach. Highly recommended place not just for a quick lunch, you could easily spend the whole day here!

Great place on the beach and fantastic food
Service is very helpful and friendly. Food is fresh and tasteful, prices are fine and having lunch or dinner directly at the beach is a big bonus!
This restaurant was great in terms of location, food, price and service. Food was delicious and authentic Thai food. Our waitress was very nice and friendly & entertained us with chit chat.
Sunset view to die for. Coconut shake is the size of your head and pineapple fried rice is wonderfully flavourful.
