Chanced upon this traditional Teochew dessert shop. It was my first time eating egg noodles as dessert. It's tasty. Refreshing for sure.

Refreshing dessert after a hot day. Yummy..yummy!!
Quality has severely decreased since the shop opened a few years ago. The barley is hard and not fully cooked. The price is reasonable but the quality of dessert is poor. Mainly serving tourists.
CHENG TNG!!! Ah Yi Wan Yen offers the Thai version of a popular Teochew sweet dessert. One can opt for either a hot or iced version. For a more substantive meal, one may opt for fine yellow noodles as an accompaniment. Yummy!
Located towards the end of the busy Yeowarat Road, this is a good place to rest your feet. Have a selection of desserts, but the signature is the sweet oodles\ with an assortment of candied/dried bits.
