Authentic simple food but perfectly made. Every dishes were delicious and kept us wanting more. Service was fast and the waitress was very attentive. Reasonable pricing too!

Food was good, overall experience so-so. Service felt rushed. After we declined the offer for more bread, the one we still had was taken. Kinda odd. They have a meat carving station in the middle. Being seated next to that as a vegetarian (admittedly the staff wouldn't know), is quite annoying. I am not a big fan of the scripted "still or sparkling water?" as a greeting. Perhaps some customers don't subscribe to the idea of shopping glass bottles around the planet for a sip of water. It also comes across as pushy - my request for regular water was interpreted as "Aqua Panna" from Italy. Two thirds of all parties seemed to be celebrating a birthday - perhaps a coincidence but felt kinda cliche.

2 visits in a week. Ribeye steak is a must. It's perfectly grilled with grape charcoal smoke. Carving is done on a side table. Portabello salad is also tasty. The mushroom size just differs from time to time. The only thing that was a bit too salty was the fish. Pricing is very very reasonable, compared to other Italian places in Bangkok. Reservation is highly recommended.

First thing is that the price is very reasonable given that this is a restaurant at Grand Hyatt Erawan! -i.e. pizza (small size, 4 pieces) at 2xx bht. I would recommend the perfectly cooked stewed mussels with roasted potato and Paccheri crab. The complimentary canapé is nice as well. Good service.

Great Italian food , their Burrata salad is fresh and delicious , their twister long lamb pasta is the best , I love that they have a choice for half a pizza which make us able to try other dishes . The kurobuta pork is delicious , their crab meat soup is tasty . The desert is the highlight tiramisu is the best I have had . Reservations is a must .

I have been here a couple of times and have always enjoyed coming back but, today, I have to write a review because the Alba white truffle menu was so delicious. Salvia serves authentic Italian cuisine and everything here from amuse bouche plates, house focaccia, utensils, music, olive oil and every dish I have ordered make me feel like there are craftsman at work here. Everything is beautiful and delicious. Many thanks to F&B manager, Chef Roberto and his team for creating this restaurant right in the heart of Bangkok at the Grand Hyatt.

BAD Experience Not Recommend at all. I order the Norcina. The menu just wrote having semi dired tometoes but after i got it. No semi dired tometoes and after asking waiter they said no as normal so i decide to force to see menu then said let's me ask chief. What the 5 star hotels service us like a 1 star hotels....
