Phutakien Pier where you catch the longboats up and down the river to several resorts on the River Kwai, is out of the way and secluded. Nothing really there accept the pier itself to catch the boats. There is one small shop where you can buy cold drinks but that's it. Carpark is quite small only room for about 20-30 cars at best. No public transport is available there like bus stops etc.

Transport for your floating accomodation. 10-15mins to Jungle rafts. 8-10mins to Float house and 5 mins to resotel.

The sign to the pier was a bit too far from the entrance which the street is so narrow so it's easily to miss. Not too many parking space and mostly full with tourist bus and van with driver waiting around. The resort should have been more organize to separate parking area between tourist bus/van and customer who come with private car.
