Obviously need drastic improvement. We are made to pay the OT charges however services rendered are tremendously bad. Tourist are being treated like prisoners. Super slow and passports are just being thrown at. Please do something to improve your procedure as it is ridiculous having to spend hours at custom. Frustrating.

Why did most of the one stared posts disappear from this review list?
The newly built custom is amazingly slower than the previous one.I had to wait for literally five hours.This has got to be the worse service of all customs I have been to.Inefficient and bad work ethic.The staff workers are unmotivated and lazy,prefering to just screw around instead of actually fulfiling their work.
Why open 1 counter only??!
