Excellent service from Sam and the owner, Victor. Pricing was very good for the quality of material provided. The first day they took measurements for the suit, and then I had two more fittings on two consecutive days. I used pictures from pinterest to find the style I wanted, and they were able to make accordingly. It took 3 days in total for getting the perfect fit. They offered to keep the suits for me for 30 days while I go on a tour of the neighboring countries. I paid with Amex.

I have had many shirts and pants tailored made by Jasmin and her team since 2009. This year 2020, I wanted a few shirt tailored made for the Chinese New Year, but because I did not get to meet Jasmin during their visit to Perth so we made an arrangement to send a couple of shirts to Thailand for them to copy the measurements and design. (Absolutely appreciate the opportunity to do have things made using post!) As I wanted something unique and cultural, that is; Chinese style shirt with Chinese buttons but made using Batik sarong; Jasmin has to take the trouble to send photos of their extensive selection of beautiful Batik for us to choose from... Now, the new shirts have arrived in Perth, in time for our big Chinese New Year celebration and we are so happy with the creations! Craftsmanship is superb and fabrics are very comfortable! Thank you!!!
Came by in the morning asking whether what I wanted was possible. (Two long sleeve shirts, one in thick denim, the other in corduroy) After showing him a sample of the fabric and letting him know that I was flying out the next day. He told me it wouldn't be a problem. I returned an hour later with the fabric I'd sourced myself and he did measurements of me and the fabric making sure I'd brought enough before he sent me on my way. 10 hours later the shirts were delivered to my hotel. Excellent fast work, good communication and superb quality. Not pushy at all, didn't try to upsell me things I didn't want. Will come back if I'm back in Bangkok and need more tailoring.
Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were great. Perhaps a bit pushy but no complaints. The clothes came out perfect and the price was more than fair.
Sam treated me very well, and I recommend them highly. Suits are of high quality and cost less than at some of the other stores I visited. Can't comment on shirts (yet), but I'll definitely look to get some made in the future. Thank you!
