Went to mail a small basic letter abroad. They said EMS only - 800 baht!!!!!! LOL ... Even with covid19 and limited flights the price is outrageous! What kind of post office cannot mail a small letter at a normal price? Who makes these decisions? Why is it cheaper to mail using other services?

I went to post office, Ratchathewi branch many times. Staff works very professional. Even though there are many people, staff try to complete each package as soon as they can. The location is near BTS Phayathai station. You need to press the ticket queue.
