Good and quiet atmosphere, well trained staffs. They provide a very good massage with set of fruits and mango sticky rice at the end of service.

This is a high-end spa place. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing (I really don't like the massage or spa place that you can hear other customers' sounds.). I tried the Royal Touch package, which included foot wash and polisher, facial relaxation, foot reflexology, herbal hot compress, and most importantly a four-hand aromatherapy warm oil massage. I highly recommended this! Although it is surely a bit pricey, the four-hand massage saved so much time. I enjoyed all the above within 2 hours! The snacks after the spa is luxurious, including assorted fruits and mango and sticky rice. Surely a place I will visit again next time I am in Bangkok.

Their aromatherapists are professional. Hotel guest gets 20% discount. I am suprised that they serve us dessert after the massage.

Very badly maintained and run. We were assigned to a room with a stagnant pond of water and smelled like a blocked drain. We told the staff and requested to move next door but still smells bad. Paid 6000 thb for a couples’ massage as well, so expected top notch spa but it was far from it.

This place is almost perfect for me, the environment, the workers (would say their culture also), the service of course. I would recommend them to all of you who really need a relaxation spa or massages. Dont try this at home, try at rarinjinda wellness spa
