Stuck with a year rental contract with absolutely arrogant indifferent and rude reception staff/management. Condo management have no interest or courtesy towards residents.We are stuck with a 4 month full repair (with demolition) next door to us with thin walls,door gaps with unbearable noises of drilling,banging,loud workers plus toxic colorants all in our apartment for 4 months!!!!there is no control from building stuff on a levels of noise or any other unacceptable disturbance from the condo under repair!any time you complain to reception they are absolutely arrogantly ignore you and wouldnt provide a contact details of their management so we could address our complaint to the actual management that would at least respond to us.Its unheard of how the management would even permit such a major and long term works with a living residents right next door!!!!and you know yourself how badly the condos are built with gaps in doors and thin walls!!But what is absolutely insane to happen is that with this repair being delayed and delayed and delayed for weeks and weeks after the actual promised deadline there is no courtesy or apologies or whatsoever to the residents effected by this!!I wouldnt advice ANYONE to rent or own apartment unless the actual management will wake up and hire proper people running the building and reconsider their policies towards residents!!!
