Dope OG Chinese Spot - Some dishes are not mainstream but super on point. Waiting time can be long if at the peak hours, that is why lunch is always a good choice. Dishes that I always order: - Emee (crispy noodles with spam on top) - Stir Fried kale with duck tongue & sardines - Claypot Geese’s Web with Egg noodles - Oysters omelette - Rice paper crab rolls - Shumai Update: Went back to the spot this week, dinner is basically available assuming the effects from Covid. Hopefully they will be busier soon.

flying through time over hundred years family business restaurant , delicious as classic old chinese food can be , but ... cooking time are a long awaiting time also , even some menu worth waiting for ... an hour ! . some menus are rarely done in Thai . classic old brick oven still in use . ordering ahead is recommended

A pure tradition of thai Chinese food that has been around for more than 100 years. This place deserve a star michelin: everything is home made, family owned and run, everything is just so tasty: from their sauce to their sea food. The coal cooked food gets a unique taste. And on top super friendly young staff. A must try if you're in Chinatown.

This being one of the oldest Chinese eats in Bangkok, it drew in media attention and the hype which we could’nt resist. I was there for yesterday’s dinner. Ordered fish and taro hot pot, fried noodle, stream noodle, wonton and ice cream scoops. Sadly, the taste for most dishes was “awkward”, fish and taro soup being the extremely oily and tasteless. Last night I did throw up couple times and just threw up again in the morning. The waiting queue was long, the food was bad and overpriced (90 THB for one scoop of ice cream). The only upside was server (owner) was very smiley. In short, it was disapppointing. I didn’t know how other people sat and ate there. Am I being the weird one? I hope this would be a constructive feedback to the owner.
