I kinda have a mixed feeling about this place. The room was nice and clean (no smell as others stated - but I guess this depends on the location of the room too). There is a card system for the power supply of the room (when you are out it shuts off all electricity INCLUDING the fridge - which is a huge facepalm. Expect your water to be warm when you are out for a longer time (do not stash takeaway either because you might spend most of your time on the loo)) . The walk in price was 50B/day cheaper than the booking/agoda price. When I booked personally, I stated that I need fast enough Internet to hold a presentation online. They assured me it is good for that, still I had to use my own mobile Internet because it was not. The breakfast on the first day was portioned to plates and was nothing special, edible, but the same in every plate : noodles plus drumsticks plus you could use the hot soup to make it warm. The second day it was a wider variety and Swedish style - although I came to breakfast at 8am and there were two completely empty containers which were not refilled even after 9 (yes, I waited an hour to see if they refill). Fried rice, noodles clear soup, those were the two options. The noodles though were exceptionally good this time around and I was happy about it. What shocked me the most though, that they did not offer milk for the coffee - I think that's a staple for every hotel in 2019, so I had to buy my own milk next door. There is room for improvement on this front. What I would mention is that even though the receptionists did not speak good English, they were always nice. Tldr: clean rooms, mediocre Internet and breakfast. Nice staff

What a lovely place to stay if you have nowhere else in your life

Very nice large clean room. Main downside was that all the electronics including fridge turn off when you leave the room so you can't reliably keep anything too cold. Very happy with everything else though, staff was great at check in and check out, booked a cab for 430am pickup which was very handy.

The hotel is clear and spartan. But typical of many Thai hotels there is a strong sewage odor in the room due to improper plumbing in the toilet. The included breakfast was not worth eating. Cold dishes of Thai noodles laid out in rows of dishes with hot soup to pour over
