Phutthamonthon Park is a perfect place to stroll, jog, run or ride a bike. In winter, the weather is really good for running. You should be aware of a lot of monitor lizards in this area. You'll find the Buddha statue at the center of this pack. It has nice scenery to take a picture with a statue of Buddha.

This is the central park of Buddhism in Thailand. The park was planned and built to celebrate the half Buddha period (2500 years). The center of this park is the Buddha statue with walking down posture or Pang Lela (ปางลีลา). The statue was designed by Prof. Silapa Peerasri.
Beautiful gardens. Great place to take a stroll in the afternoon and meditate under a tree or pavilion.
