Emergency Medical Services International is a non-profit pre-hospital emergency medical consultancy. We are dedicated to the provision of First Person on Scene (FPoS) and remote environments emergency medical training, as well as specialist equipment provision, throughout South East Asia. We are comprised of British, South African and Thai Doctors, Diver Medical Technicians, Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics with over 50 years of combined remote and pre-hospital medical experience. Our aim is to apply this wealth of knowledge to improve the quality and effectiveness of medical services available to the rural, local, expatriate and tourist communities, throughout the region. We are the only training centre in South East Asia accredited to teach Exmed UK Ltd's internationally recognised training courses. These focus on pre-hospital emergency care in remote and hostile environments and are underpinned by the IHCD First Person on Scene (FPoS) and the Medicine in Remote Areas awards, respectively. All are endorsed by the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. We are a non-profit organisation, which will ensure that all funds raised go back in to the improvement, advancement and reach of our services.
