So originally we just wanted to take a few pictures on their patio and leave, but we were informed that we had to make a purchase. So we decided to sit down and have some ice cream. It's definitely a very tourist-y place and the prices reflect that. After it was clear we only ordered some ice cream, the server was not the most pleasant, but we definitely understood as we probably weren't their most ideal clientele. However, as the shop was pretty empty, we didn't feel like we were intruding too much as we only stayed about 15 minutes. Also, be careful, as some people in the area pose as tuk tuk drivers, but really just drive you to the dock so they can upsell a canoe ride across the river to Wat Arun. It's always so much cheaper and safer to take a Grab, so I would highly recommend doing that. Note: Visited prior to COVID, so things may be different now.

The restaurant is located at riverside. Wat Arun is just at right opposite. Exquisite food with affordable price, the sunset view is priceless. Will definitely come again

The food tasted good, but was not very \authentically\ spicy. This place gets busy, so call ahead to get reservations if you want a table on the downstairs deck. We got seated in the indoor air conditioned room where they have their wine racks, and that was fine by us. The views were still fantastic, and we didn't get as much of the boat noises (which at times got quite loud). The meal with four dishes, a beer and water came out to about 1500bhat.
