It's unlike anything I've found in my life. I started because i was feeling lost in life and i knew there was something out there which is bigger than me that i was missing. Coming to the center i found what i missed in my life and it has had amazing benefits in my daily life as well. Thanks to the helpers and all the wonderful people i have met!

I used to work in a fast paced environment where I had adopted the wrong idea about the way of living. I don’t like the slow thing or people as much as I don’t want to wait. Soon I had anxiety as a good friend who sticks around me. I am trapped in the idea made up by myself. I had so many ongoing thoughts exactly like when I had so many tabs open on the internet browser, and they took me to nowhere beside stress my self out. It turned out to affect me both mentally and physically. I had shallow breathing for more than two years which I can’t control. Luckily, I found this meditation place by accident because I live nearby. I made an appointment to try out. I started meditation right after Monica, my super helper, finished showing me the introduction. It was a great experience that unlocks many struggles that I used to face. After doing this meditate for a few days, I feel relax and calmer. I can spot my thoughts that come out of me very quickly. It makes me become aware of my words and actions toward others. I kept coming to do it as much as I had free time, day and night. I learned how to fix my shallow breathing issues — seeing Monica every day has been a blessing for me. After seven days passed, I can feel that I have changed to the better me. I am amused by the joy that comes out nowhere but inside. In some of the day, it is even hard to stop smiling like there is nothing to be worried about anymore. The door is always open :)

The helpers at the centre are very welcoming and warm. They are always keen to understand your experience and help guide you through the tougher stages of this meditation.
