Overall is a good place for Mercedes owners to come here for car servicing. Except for few individuals who aren’t so customer friendly, every thing else is in place. Need advance booking at least a week if not you’re not able to send in your car for service. 5 stars to Star Flag!

Very disappointed with their level of service and communication. They nearly let us drive off the lot with a flat tyre after being with them for over 3 weeks, because the “one guy” who was handling our case was off sick with a cold, apparently only one person here can handle the car! Why did we pay for a premium car at a premium service center to be left with such disgraceful service and very poor abilities to actual fix your problem! It’s all a con! No doubt something else will break next month and it will be another 30,000thb to replace a screw. Very disappointed. Avoid or at least go in with caution. Not how you would expect Benz to behave.

This is probably one of the most luxurious showroom of Mercedes Benz. The one roof concept is on point. The selection of cars displayed on shelf is great and they come with really strong promotions. Highly recommend.
