A reasonable price hospital for animals those needs to seek specialist consultant that located in the heart of center Bangkok. There are may range of specialist clinics and 24 hour emergency ward. The hospital is well equipped with all kind of treatments for animal health. However, the queue is always long. Need a long waiting time.

The doctors here are good and there are lots of specialized services you can't find anywhere, but the system is so inefficient. Appointments don't mean anything. Like everyone's got an appointment at 9am and you still have to queue. How does that work? Also the registration staff can be super nasty. They were so rude to me this one time I lost my appointment paper. They refused to let my cat see the doctor for his post-op follow-up because of o paper\ and pretty much said it's not their problem, it's my fault, etc... Rather than do a simple system search of me, my cat and our appointment. Made me ashamed that this institution was my alma mater.

Never pick up the phone, no one ever there at the reception or treatment area, the building is desert and left open for anyone to wonder around. This is NOT a reliable place to bring your small pet if no onecares enough to pick up the phone or even be present in person. Don't \advertise\ yourselves as a \hospital\ if you are only there when you feel like it or not at all. Yes this is a review out of anger because I've showed up 3 times with my pet and had to go to another location because no one is ever there during opening hours stated, and tried calling a dozen times with no one ever picking up the phone, ringing forever until the call hangs up by itself. 0 professionalism 0 care of animals This place is a joke.
