The counter to pickup packages was on the 2nd floor. Slide open the window before the postboxes. The lady helped provide me a knife to open the package as I couldn't fit the contents into my backpack and helped me cleanup.

To send a package you have to go to the third floor. I shipped 2 big boxes and the woman working there helped and sealed them up. I don’t know what the bad reviews are about. It was the easiest process and they were very professional.

This is one of the best post offices I have seen - not just in Thailand but anywhere in the world. The staff were helpful in spite of minimal English skills, and the premises had three floors, clean and well maintained.

If you live near this post office, packages may be delivered here and need to be picked up personally. This is done at a small counter on the second floor, not the main office.

Poor service. Poor parking. Please avoid if possible. Better park @chula parking lot and walk here. Very poorly organized phone service even in Thai.
