Good place for living in the center of CM near Maya shopping mall and One Nimman. And a lot of restaurants of your choice.

Nice place with 1bd condos. There's pool and gym. Rates start at 15'000baht/month with a 12-month contract. The place is new. Water charge high (30baht/unit), but electricity is paid by regular government rates(no surcharge here). Fitness room and pool are nice but slightly smaller than in other places, just like the condos. Only one treadmill.
