The chicken dumpling salad is a perfect food! I wish I could eat these everyday of my entire life (maybe I should move to Pai?). Every flavor is on full display and is wonderfully balanced. Also the lady who owns the cart is very kind and super helpful. I think I'll eat here every night I'm in Pai!
