Friendly atmosphere.. greens are poor.. Fairways aren't mowed often enough.. When wet weather water doesn't drain from fairways..sometimes a mud bath..

Always good fun unless you get stuck behind a 9 ball! Pretty short and easy course in good condition.
Very nice 9 hole course. Good Caddies, reasonable rates. Lots of water! Bring your floating balls! (:
Poor facilities. The new manager is interested in only . Fast becoming the worst of the courses in the area. 6/7/8 balls common and won't let quicker groups through so can get very frustrating.
