Nobi Cha has a corner stall in the Passione Mall. You’ll find them near McDonald’s, but exactly outside of KFC. They accept only cash payments. They sell very affordable bubble tea at 19 baht per drink of any kind. You can add pearls for 5 more baht. (That’s an amazing price compared to 45 baht at Amazon Cafe. Even MK sells theirs for 39 baht.) I have tried their Coffee Milk Tea and Taiwan Milk Tea, both with pearls, and they’re very good. They have just the right sweetness and creaminess. Very enjoyable. There are always 3 ladies in the stall, 1 to take orders and 2 to prepare the beverages. The drinks are machine-sealed so there’s no chance of spills. The ladies speak very little English, but there’s a list of drinks where you place your order, and you point to the one you like. The drinks are written in both Thai & English so you’ll know what each one is. There is always a line in the store, sometimes short, sometimes long. That’s how you know it’s good.
