Extremely rude staff. Caring more about saving their face than about the well-being of the guests. Management seems to have forgotten the meaning of ‘hospitality’ in hospitality business. If you insult and treaten and see your guests only as a means to an end to make money than it’s probably time to look for another business that will bring you far away from any contact with paying customers.
