Beautiful bay and public beach located on an air force base. A great and relaxing place to spend the day. The food served on the beach is fresh and we'll prepared while the prices are very reasonable. The squid is freshest I have had in Thailand and comparable to Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

Very quiet at Ao Manao due to Covid-19. I was here some years ago. Good and cheap food. Great beach.

Great food, cheap beer, good service! Really nice place to relax. The beach is on the Wing 5 Thai air force military base and is extremely clean and well managed. Easy to go by bicycle or motorcycle.

I recommend this place anytime with fine weather. Beautiful scenery. Lovely sounds of the waves on the beach. Spoilt for choice when it comes to food! 20baht fee per person to sit at the beach chairs. But definitely worth it. (As opposed to sitting at the tables at food centre across the road) I went on a Thursday. Probably only a dozen pax at the beach. (I didn't count.)
