Roasted pork egg noodles at its best. You can have either soup or dry version. They have pic menu of the noodles with 3 different ingredients. I got the first one on the menu which was tasty but pretty normal. When i saw a local ordering the 2nd dish instead, it looked more interesting with bits of crispy noodles on it. Only the ingredients were different but noodles were the same. Highly recommended place.

Some of the best Noodles I have had in Thailand. Everything is handmade from this shop and the fishballs had good umami taste (not fishy like the machine made ones) and good texture (soft but bouncy). The Noodles were not heavily seasoned in order to bring out the true taste of the freshly home made ingredients and noodles, a total enjoyment of umami (fresh savory taste, 鮮味). We were there at 3:30 PM and there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant so we didn't have to wait long for our noodles. Everyone in the restaurants was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would eat at this place everyday if I live in Phuket.
FYI , they close on Monday and Tuesday.
Pae Taew Noodles has been in business for around 50 to 60 years and has extended to 3 branches, one in Sam Gong, one in front of Dao Rung School and Tanon Dibuk and Tanon Satun. Iof Bamee Haeng included a deep fried prawn, a fish ball, sliced pork and wonton as well as lettuce (and noodles of course) - and Recommend you should order \Yee Hu Eng chine\ (Picture No. 2) It new taste and delicious
They made own noodle over 70 years. But waiting for an hour to eat. Slow cooking, So look many people at table all time. If you can't wait don't come.
