This park is amazing. You can practice any sport, ride a bike, skateboard, run or just enjoy the vegetation and the many lakes it has. It is in the center of Phuket town and has multiple accesses. Exercise machines use your weight and surprise how good they are. Much better than going to the gym. I recommend visiting this place 100% Enjoy Phuket! Enjoy Thailand!
If you like to look after yourself this is a fantastic park to keep fit,it has a 4km running track marked every 0.2km,you can run,walk,cycle on the track also there is an open air gym with about 50 different pieces of apparatus,there are kids areas, basketball courts,good parking,all in beautiful surroundings,and if you like Pokémon it's not bad.
This is a huge park with several lakes. There is several walking & bicycle tracks. The walking tracks can take up to 45 mins so it good for jogging or cycling. There is also exercise machine stations all around the jogging tracks. There is also heaps of placea ti just sit and have a picnic. There is also parking for cars and motorcycles. The busiest times are afterwork around 5pm till 7pm.
