The biggest shrine in Phuket. It’s quite when it is not during vegetarian festival. But during the festival, it is the most crowded shrine. Especially at night because it will host a ceremony to dispel your bad luck. Thousands of people will gather in this tiny place. On the street to the shrine, there are vegetarian shops. You must try ปลาเค็มเจ salted fragmented fish (vegetarian version). It is the best and you can’t find this menu when it isn’t during the festival.

As you approach the entrance, admire the carvings and detailed murals on the grey marble walls outside. Inside, you wander through several colourful halls with an array of deities, paintings and flags. It's beautiful and I felt so ignorant not knowing more about these religions, when I watched the devotees streaming in and out, shaking the \fortune sticks\ and lighting incence sticks. The place is so rich in colour and symbolism. Amazing.
