Lifetime experience thanks to Lexy and Neil! From the very start when we contacted them from our country their reply was very prompt. Also they were very accurate with all the sizes of diving suit and everything. There we dived with Lexy and Neil it was best experience we had. My mate and I were in Phuket recently and were keen to try diving. Email responses were very prompt from Bubba Diving and it was super easy to book the trip. We went to Phi Phi with Lexy and we had an awesome time. Lexy explained everything to us about the diving and the safety. Breathing was a little weird to start but I thought it easier than snorkelling. We had a great day and 3 amazing dives Lexy was right there with us. We felt very safe an comfortable with Lexy. Thanks for such an awesome trip. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!
We did the try dive with Neil and Lexy when we were on holiday, it was the best thing we did on our holiday. My one mate struggled a little at the beginning but Lexy looked after him till he was comfortable then we were all diving together. Fantastic experience, safety was a priority. It was really great diving with them and they looked after us the whole day. Always good to dive with the owners of the company. Thank we will recommend you to all our mates. Thanks guys
I stayed at the Westin hotel where it's located at Siray Bay. Most of the diving shop I know are at Patong Beach which is in the opposite side where I stayed. Didn't want to travel for almost an hour from my location just to go diving so luckily I found this diving company near me at google maps. Since communication is limited, I went to their website and decided to contact them via email. Lexy who answered my email was very responsive and helpful. She assigned us Neil as the diver guide and he was kind and professional. He made our dive fun and comfortable most specially I just had my certification to dive. I highly recommend this dive company when you visit Phuket.
During our week stay in Phuket, we decided to take the plunge and try scuba diving with Bubba Diving. Our dive instructor was Lexy and we could not have had a better instructor. She made us feel absolutely comfortable and safe. Her coaching and instructions were crystal clear and she made sure we understood the importance of all the skills we were doing. With a perfect balance of fun and a strict ethic of safety. With Lexy, you will be in very good hands. We couldn't have wished for a better dive experience. Organising the trip from home was extremely easy, with prompt replies to our emaisl, the organisation was great, we did not have to worry about anything. We were collected from the hotel on time, the boat we went on was very comfortable, food was fantastic. We are hooked hoping to do the open water soon or maybe when we come back to Phuket next year. My gf and I had the most fabulous experience with Bubba Diving (Lexi & Neil). Lexy was fast and responsive on all our email inquiries, then booking the final arrangements. Neil was a fantastic dive guide and underwater photographer (146 photo's! Thank you Neil)! Chris was our catamaran captain. He and his crew provided a beautiful day of sailing, food and conversation. Our only disappointment was that our 2nd dive to the Phi Phi Islands with Lexy was washed out due to bad weather (clearly not her fault). We highly recommend this team at Bhubba diving.
Getting our PADI Open Water Cert was on our eternal "bucket list" so the trip to Phuket was to knock this one off ! We did some research into Diving Schools as there are plenty in Phuket ! Why Bubba ? From the get go we weren't just another "enquiry" ! The OCD in me :) was met with prompt replies handling all the necessary information and arrangements before arriving in Phuket. Given our limited time, Lexy got us started with the DVD's and Open Water Manuals waiting at our Hotel on arrival. Neil was our Diving Instructor and we couldn't have wished for a more perfect, professional and comfortable fit :) Going that extra mile on the last dive to show us the cave before the crowds arrived just confirmed his passion to giving his students an all round awesome experience!! Fantastic Photos I scroll through every day dreaming of my next diving trip................. Diving with Bubba was the piece de resistance of our Phuket Trip !
