Fully equipped, very professional international-caliber hospital. We came for comprehensive checkup which had some 7-8 components in 4-5 departments. All was extremely well organized, nowhere has we had to wait more than 10 minutes. A nurse even walked is from place to place. The place is very clean, has numerous specialized clinics and departments, and is run very professional. Little bit of language barrier with support staff but doctors spoke good English. Top notch service, probably my best hospital experience. Can recommend.

Honestly very disappointed. We took my mother to this hospital for an ENT checkup over concerns for her health in June and were told everything was fine. In August she suffered a sever epitaxis episode that almost killed her and we were transported via ambulance to Siriroj again. We were then refered to another ENT doctor who gave us a wrong diagnostic, downplaying the issue and putting her life at risk. Now, I understand that mistakes happen, but after 3 weeks at this hospital and paying exorbitant prices, we were told the case was beyond Siriroj's capabilities and recommended to go to Phuket Bangkok Hospital for treatment - where we had much more professional staff and cheaper treatment. On a final note, the ENT doctor told us we needed to undergo an embolization treatment that could only be done in Bangkok (city). This proved false as we were given this procedure at Bangkok Hospital Phuket. This shows a clear miscommunication from the Bangkok hospital group's end and lack of resource allocation. In the end, we wasted time and money at Siriroj and endured unnecessary trauma from seeing my mother bleed profusely and undergo unnecessary treatment after unnecessary treatment. If you need emergency care, avoid Siriroj. I cannot speak for their other departments.

I was in the hospital on 23.12.2019 because of ear pain. After a very quick and not-so-thorough examination, I was prescribed medication, and for all this I paid huge money for the standards of this country. In Europe for the same thing, the price is twice as low. But worse in this case was that the prescribed medication did not help me and on 31.12.2019 I decided to go for a re-examination. I called the Hospital at 1:50 pm and received a reply saying that the doctor could not accept me because at 14:30 his working day was over and I needed 20-30 minutes to get to the hospital. After 20 minutes I called again and I told that my pain is strong and I want to visit the doctor. 25 minutes the woman I was talking to on the phone was talking to the doctor to see me. He again refused and invited me on 02/01/2020. That is, while he is resting, my hurts had to resting too... Anyway, I went to the Clinic on Karon Beach where I was prescribed another treatment and after a few days the problem disappeared. So I paid a lot of money for nothing. I do not recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

Paid 1000 and received the worst service. The staffs of women’s clinic are extremely unprofessional and not speaking the necessary English that’s enough for their work. If you decided to work for an international hospital, also you want to charge 3-4 times more than other hospital, you need to know why do you deserve to be this position. Also, hospital is not a joke, it’s regarding to emergency and health of patients, if you cannot ensure the right communication, you should not taking this. The level of service really doesn’t match with the price of the bill. I don’t know if they understand the frustration of a pregnant woman.

The staff at this hospital are really terrible at answering email queries. I sent emails requesting quotes for MRI scan but never they reply. So they lost my business and i went to a different hospital.
