it's cable car you can get uphill without walking and sweating in hot day. 50 baht extra (both ways) on top of 150 baht entrance fee.

Good and convenient. Free parking lot, clean toilet , souvenir shop.
The cable car is 20 baht for Thais, 200 baht for foreigners, even when I showed valid ID showing I am a tax payer working in this country. Most places allow non-tourist foreigners in at the Thai price, but not here. 10 times the price for foreigners, even tourists, is too much. Avoid.
Actually this is the way to take cable car up to the mountain of khao wang palace or phra akin khirir. 70 baht per person including cable car fee and museum entry fee. I also had my lunch at JM cuisine next to the cable car entry. Foods taste good. U can drive the car to stop at the cable car carpark
