Staffs were extremely friendly. I have no idea why the other reviewer said they were not polite. Anyways, I just bought a gaming chair there. The owner himself was kind enough to help me to choose as well as giving me valuable tips. Superb service!

Staffs aren't that polite. Claiming your faulty products is a waiting game. They don't take that much responsibility of the faulty products they sell. Not that all their products are faulty but the ones that do have issues, should be better addressed with the client and the after service should be more attentive. Not very professional.
