I bought an air conditioner here last year. They said that I would get a free cleaning from the manufacturer during the first year, as part of the post-sale services. However, when I actually contacted the manufacturer, they said that was not free. I then called Korat Thanthong Air, who said there was no such a thing as free cleaning, whether by the manufacturer or by the seller. What a misleading and questionable service!
