Thai architect who provides a design and build service. They will arrange all building permissions for you which saves a lot of trouble if you don't know the language and the local regulations. As a westerner I found some things frustrating due to cultural differences but on the whole the service provided was excellent. The level of finish was of a good for western standars and excellent compared to local standards. If you are a westerner looking for a good house builder in Phrae or Lampang then I would recommend Ban Raks to you.
