The team at World Med Centre took really good care of me. I had a high fever/heat stroke and could barely move from my bed, my head was pounding, I was in another world. Their clinic sent doctors to my resort accomodation who transported me back to the clinic. I stayed in overnight and now I feel great again. They checked up on me regularly whilst there. Cooling me back down was a painful and lengthy process but they kept at it, for at least 2 hours straight there were 2-3 people running my skin with flannels to cool me down. I had medicine, painkillers and a drip meant for recovering from heat stroke. Once I was feeling better they put me in a private room to sleep where they could keep monitoring me, and I received a nice breakfast in the morning. Followed by transport back to my resort. Thank you Tar, Yarat, Ji, Yea and Pang.

Had the best experience ever here when I ran into an accident at the beach. The ambulance arrived fast and all of the nursing staff and doctor were extremely professional at all times and the place was amazingly clean! They called me down and were so gentle with me, friendly and kind. I new that I was in great hands. They gave me all the correct medicine and communicated well with my insurance company. Thank you so much!

They took great care of me. I got there with a fever and chills and voimiting. They left me for the night, gave me medicine. They also gave medication for the entire period of treatment after the hospital. Very friendly rooms ( seems like in some hotel ) , also they let to stay my girlfriend all night long with me for free. They also arrange all documents with my insurer. I can highly reccomend and thank you for great service, great food as in the hospital!! Greetings from Poland :)

Had a sun stroke last month. Still remember my terrible state and am so grateful for all the help I got from there! Everyone was extremely attentive, kind, and ,of course, true professional. I had high temperature (more than 38) and lost consciousness for a while. My arms and legs were hot, painful as hell, and the nurses were putting ice on them manually for an hour. They was looking after me like a family. Dear girls, you are like angels who saved me. The doctor did not use just a routine treatment, but he did his best to find individual approach. It was the best medical experience I've ever got.

I got scratched by a monkey on monkey Beach & went to get my shots as a precaution. Everyone was so nice & made the experience really pleasant! Shoutout to Fai (the nurse) for being a gem!

I am a South African citizen who got a serious bacterial stomach infection while visiting Kho Phi Phi islands. I hate hospitals and medical facilities (after a previous very severe car accident) and was so afraid to feel unwell in a different country than my own due to unfamiliarity, language barriers etc. I was taken to hospital with a golf car which was the only transportation that could fit into their streets (no cars) and their (paramedics) were fast, helpful and they got me to the Worldmed Centre very quickly. I was crying the entire time, but they kept me calm and put me at ease by giving me a vomit bag etc. All staff members at the Worldmed Centre was friendly, helpful and could understand and communicate in English even though I kept crying the entire time. I was admitted to hospital and though I was uncomfortable, moody and in pain: they continued to be friendly, kind, helpful and professional. They comforted me at all times and I was familiar with their medication types and procedures. I was astonished at the level of service I received. Thank you for your great service, I felt save at all times. One nurse even brought me 3 pillows :) All staff members were super friendly, professional, informed, giving and helpful. My smile was in fact your goal. Goal achieved. I posted a picture of my favourite nurse who took such great care of me. Words cannot express my gratitude.

Was seen very quickly. The staff and doctor are all very nice, professional. The clinic is clean. Have a background in the medical field myself and was nervous about getting care outside of the states, was relieved the staff spoke English fluently and was able to get the care I needed. Would recommend others to come here for your urgent care needs.
