The path to the top was directed well. The hike is doable but others may have to take more breaks than others. The beginning 1.5 km was steep, rocky and muddy. Highly recommend you wear shoes. There are a few flights of stairs and more rocky paths with ropes that you can hold on to. It took us 2 hours going up with the “waterfall” detour (wasn’t much of a waterfall to be honest) and roughly an hour to get down. The view was breathtaking! Definitely go in the morning to avoid the heat, bring lots of water, mosquito spray, sunscreen, and light snacks.

Awesome hike with an amazing lookout. Hike took about an hour hiking fast with no stops. Loved it and would recommend going as long as you are ok with a good hike.

Great experience in Krabi, one of the best things to do in Krabi, the trail it’s well maintained, it’s a bit steep, you must bring good shoes, trainers no flip flops, it toque me 1 hour and 45 minutes to go up and 1 hour to come down, the view once you get there it’s unbelievable, while you go in the middle of the jungle, you will hear the jungle noises, you really feel the nature around you. Bring water at least one litre. The start of the trial it’s on Tubkaek beach, if you add Dragon Crest to google maps it will take you nowhere
