Very good experience! Highly recommend if you have done kayaking before to do a self guided option. It will only cost 600 for 2 people to rent a kayak for the whole day! That’s what we did. Just bring bottle of water, sunscreen, hats, insect repellent and your own lunch. There are several beaches and lagoons that you can stop. Watch out for monkeys (near mangrove forest) and never feed them as they will get aggressive at you with food. We took time visiting spots that you probably won’t get to go with a tour group. It was a lovely little private beach to rest for lunch without those monkeys. Make sure you check the tide before you start as you want to be there when it’s high and don’t wanna leave when it’s too low either....... It was a hard work coming back against the tides and there is a massive sand bar close to shore that you have to detour. Good for those who don’t mind working out

We hired a kayak for 2 people, life jacket and waterproof bag were included. The staff showed us the map and advised the route to go, we found it ok without a tour guide. The scenery is amazing! There was tea and coffee available when we returned.

Good Kayaking and activities. In the sea, not river, but inside mangrovd forest between beautiful islands. Have lots of shade and fun. Check in your hotel for good price include transport, lunch snd more activities.

Friendly and efficient operator. The mangrove itself is breathtaking, but if you want to kayak further into the forest, go in the morning.

Quite an interesting experience! You kayak through the mangrove forest and have a little swim in the river. Make sure to wear a shirt to prevent sunburn and prepare mentally to row for two hours (or hire a guide for 300 Baht). The guides were great and make sure to buy a coconut ice cream with sticky rice afterwards!
