Brought a kitchen appliance (microwave) in for a repair. Customer service staff and procedures was great! Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Communication and documentation provided was very impressive. Follow up from technical staff was clear and timely with quoted price and timeframes for repair completion. A good experience. Samsung has a good team assembled at their Kohn Kaen service center. 2 thumbs up.
