It is okay but the laundry prices are excessive. I take my stuff elsewhere. But it is modern and clean. The pool is nice too. It seems to be mostly secure but my motor scooter was interferred with I think. It is keyless but the switch is different now so I think someone tried to force it. I will get it checked by Yamaha and get a better idea of what happened. A couple of days ago someone stole my cheap raincoat hanging on my bike to dry. Never happened at my last condo.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. You can stay at the hotel or several condos next to it for half the price. To do laundry here is at least 5 times the normal rate I get my laundry done in Los Angeles for less than half the price. If all that was not enough, when I checked out they said I have to wait 7 days for mt deposit and if I have yo leave town which I do, they will not mail it to me. This place is designed to rip off foreigners that do not know better, if you need an apartment I recommend 185 residence down the street, half the price and a business next door will do yourlaundry for a fraction of the price. PLEASE do not support businesses designed to take advantage of foreigners.

Apartment with all basic amenities with secured access and great location near a lake having jogging tracks. 7/11,tesco lotus express and some restaurants are also nearby.
